JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Manage THP Ecosystem’s data infrastructure to improve the efficiency of data management (through the steps to record, storage, report, extract, transform, load data)

- Define, design, deploy data warehouse architecture:

+ Develop and manage a centralized data warehouse that consolidates data from multiple sources, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

+ Implement best practices for data modeling, storage, and retrieval to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.

- Define, design, deploy E2E Data flow:

+ Create and maintain the Data Dictionary (documenting all data items, data type, sources, how the data is recorded – stored – transformed – reported – extracted – loaded, define the standards for data types and format)

+ Publish Data Dictionary and train the users on how to get the data for their analysis.
- Improve data availability, efficiency, and quality:

+ Execute solutions to automate data manual tasks end-to-end

+ Develop solutions to provide data to users timely, automatically

+ Design and execute solutions, processes, and trainings to improve quality of data over its lifecycle stages.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Advanced Degree: A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, Mathematics or a related field. 

- Industry Experience: A minimum of 4 years in data engineer roles.

- Fluent in English & Vietnamese at conversational level. Able to write and listen in English.

- Technical Data Skills: Programming and Scripting Languages, Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing Solutions, Big Data Technologies, Data Modeling and ETL Processes.

- IT Skills: Cloud Computing Platforms, Operating Systems, Data Security and Compliance, Data Visualization and Business Intelligence Tools, Version Control Systems, Database Management Systems (DBMS), Project Management and Collaboration Tools.
