MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

1. Thực hiện việc cài đặt, quản trị, bảo trì và nâng cấp toàn bộ hạ tầng kỹ thuật hệ thống công nghệ thông tin bao gồm các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông,Facility, hệ thống sản xuất) được an toàn và thông suốt./ Implement the installation, administration, maintenance and upgrade of the entire technical infrastructure of the information technology system including end-user devices (excluding communication systems, Facility, production systems) to ensure safe and smooth operation

1.2 Phối hợp triển khai cùng các đối tác, IT nội bộ để đưa các công nghệ thông tin mới vào các hoạt động thực tế trong Công ty nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển trung và dài hạn của công ty, phạm vi bao gồm các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông,Facility, hệ thống sản xuất)./ Coordinate deployment with partners, IT internal to bring new information technologies into practical activities in the Company to meet the medium and long-term development needs of the company, the scope includes end-user devices (excluding communication systems, Facility, production systems)

2. Thực hiện việc vận hành các thiết bị CNTT nhằm đảm bảo sự thông suốt trong việc trao đổi thông tin và an toàn bảo mật thông tin bao gồm các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông, Facility, hệ thống sản xuất./ Implement the operation of IT equipment in the system to ensure smooth exchange of information and safety in terms of information security including end-user devices (excluding communication systems, Facility, production systems)

2.1 Thực hiện việc cấp phát, thu hồi, điều chuyển thiết bị CNTT và đề xuất phương án sửa chữa, nâng cấp nhằm đảm bảo sự thông suốt trong việc trao đổi thông tin và an toàn bảo mật thông tin bao gồm các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông,Facility, hệ thống sản xuất)./ Implement the allocation, recall, transfer of IT equipment and propose repair and upgrade plans to ensure the smoothness of information exchange and information safety, including devices for end users (excluding communication systems, Facility, production systems)

2.2 Rà soát và thực hiện phân quyền cho người dùng theo đúng bảng ma trận phân quyền đã duyệt nhằm đảm bảo theo đúng quy định, phạm vi bao gồm các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông,Facility, hệ thống sản xuất), tài khoản AD/Email./ Review and implement authorization for users in accordance with the approved authorization matrix to ensure compliance with the regulations, including devices for end users (excluding the transmission system Communication, Facility, Production system), AD/Email account

2.3 Xử lý và khắc phục các sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống CNTT bao gồm các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông,Facility, hệ thống sản xuất) đảm bảo các sự cố được xử lý kịp thời và ngăn ngừa tái diễn./ Handling and troubleshooting incidents related to IT systems including end-user devices (excluding communication systems, Facility, production systems) to ensure incidents are handled timely treatment and prevent recurrence

2.4 Thực hiện các giải pháp quản lý hệ thống bảo mật, an toàn công nghệ thông tin , phòng ngừa và quản trị rủi ro theo chính sách của công ty bao gồm các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông,Facility, hệ thống sản xuất)./ Implement solutions to manage security systems, information technology security, prevention and risk management according to the company's policy including devices for end users (excluding communication systems, facilities, production systems)

2.5 Thực hiện bảo trì phòng ngừa MMTB IT định kỳ giúp ngăn ngừa, phát hiện, xử lý kịp thời các hư hỏng MMTB IT./ Implementing the preventive maintenance periodically helps prevent, detect and promptly handle MMTB IT damage.

3. Thực hiện rà soát, kiểm kê định kỳ về tài sản và tài nguyên CNTT, phân quyền tài nguyên, bản quyền phần mềm bao gồm máy tính, các phần mềm cài đặt trên máy tính, các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông, Facility, hệ thống sản xuất) đảm bảo các tài sản và tài nguyên CNTT được cấp phát đúng quy định./ Implement periodic review and inventory of IT assets and resources, decentralization of resources, software copyrights including computer, software list, devices for end users (excluding communication systems, Facility, production systems, etc.) production) to ensure IT assets and resources are properly allocated

3.1 Thực hiện rà soát, kiểm kê định kỳ về tài sản và tài nguyên CNTT, phần cứng, phần mềm bao gồm máy tính, các phần mềm cài đặt trên máy tính, các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông,Facility, hệ thống sản xuất) đảm bảo các tài sản và tài nguyên CNTT được cấp phát đúng quy định./ Implement periodic review and inventory of IT assets and resources, hardware, software including computer, software list, devices for end users (excluding communication systems, Facility, production systems, etc.) to ensure IT assets and resources are properly allocated 

3.2 Thực hiện rà soát, kiểm kê định kỳ về hệ thống bản quyền các phần mềm và thiết bị công nghệ thông tin cho công ty bao gồm máy tính, các phần mềm cài đặt trên máy tính, các thiết bị cho người dùng cuối (không bao gồm hệ thống truyền thông,Facility, hệ thống sản xuất) nhằm giảm thiểu rủi ro không tuân thủ liên quan đến sở hữu trí tuệ./ Implement periodic review and inventory of the copyright system of software and information technology equipment for the company, including computer, sofware list, devices for end users (excluding communication systems, Facility, production systems, etc.) to reduce the risk of non-compliance related to intellectual property

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

- Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành Khoa Học Máy Tính./ Education: graduated from University or College of profession: computer science.

- Có kiến thức và kỹ năng về cài đạt máy PC/Laptop/printer và các ứng dụng liên quan./ Have knowledge and skills on setting up PC/Laptop/printer and related applications.

- Kỹ năng phân tích đánh giá và đề xuất cấu hình thiết bị máy tính phù hợp vói nhu cầu sử dụng. của bộ phận/người dùng cuối./ Analytical skills Assessment and recommended computer equipment configuration suitable for the needs of use. of the department/end user.

- Có kỹ năng xử lý sự cố khi có yêu cầu từ khách hàng/người dùng cuối./ Have problem-handling skills when requested by the customer/end-user.

- Ưu tiên có bằng MCSA, MCP, CCNA, ITIL./ Information technology: MCSA, MCP, CCNA, ITIL certificate.

- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là lợi thế. Hiểu được các thuật ngữ chuyên ngành công  nghệ thông tin./ Good communication English is the advantage. Understand the terminology that specializes in information technology.

- Ít nhất 02 năm trong ngành IT / At least 02 years in IT
