- Thực hiện kiểm tra, giám sát độ sai lệch giữa mục tiêu được phê duyệt và kết quả thực hiện để đưa ra giải pháp cải tiến kịp thời đảm bảo đạt mục tiêu của phòng Kỹ thuật NMHG / Implement inspection and monitoring of deviations between approved goals and implementation results to provide timely improvement solutions to ensure the achievement of NMHG Technical Department's goals
- Thực hiện nhận diện, quản lý và báo cáo các rủi ro trong phạm vi phụ trách theo chiến lược quản lý rủi ro của Công ty được duyệt/ Identify, manage and report risks within the scope of responsibility according to the Company's approved risk management strategy
- Thiết lập kế hoạch bảo trì năm và kiểm soát kế hoạch rolling 3 tháng, 1 tháng để đảm bảo chuẩn bị vật tư sẵn sàng đáp ứng cho công tác bảo trì máy móc/thiết bị của Nhà máy./ Set up annual maintenance plans and control 3-month and 1-month rolling plans to ensure materials are prepared to meet the maintenance of the Factory's machinery/equipment
- Đề xuất / Tham gia xây dựng mục tiêu bảo trì máy móc thiết bị cho nhà máy Hậu Giang nhằm đạt hiệu quả về chi phí theo ngân sách hàng năm được phê duyệt/ Propose / Participate in developing machinery and equipment maintenance goals for Hau Giang factory to achieve cost efficiency according to the approved annual budget /
- Kiểm tra việc thực hiện thiết lập kế hoạch bảo trì nội bộ và chi tiết cho tất cả máy móc/ thiết bị của Nhà máy./ Check the implementation of internal and detailed maintenance plans for all machinery/equipment of the Factory
- Triển khai thực hiện ra yêu cầu xuất vật tư, yêu cầu mua hàng cho các bộ phận (sản xuất, bảo trì) thực hiện sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng thiết bị nhằm đảm bảo thời gian chờ đợi vật tư thấp nhất

- Kiểm soát PR, theo dõi mức độ đáp ứng vật tư mua hàng để đáp ứng vật tư cho công tác bảo trì./ Control PR, monitor the level of purchasing supplies to meet supplies for maintenance work

- Triển khai thực hiện khảo sát/ đánh giá tình trạng máy móc thiết bị, xe nâng để thiết lập kế hoạch bảo trì cũng như lên phương án thực hiện PM, sửa chữa/ cải tiến kịp thời nhằm đảm bảo mức độ sẵn sàng, hiệu quả thiết bị theo kế hoạch đã được phê duyệt và theo yêu cầu khảo sát & sửa chữa đột xuất từ cấp trên./ Implement surveys/assess the condition of machinery, equipment, and forklifts to establish maintenance plans as well as make plans to implement PM, timely repair/improvement to ensure readiness and efficiency equipment according to the approved plan and according to unexpected survey & repair requests from superiors.
- Thu thập dữ liệu (đầy đủ, chính xác, kịp thời) và đánh giá kết quả thực hiện so với mục tiêu đề ra, để điều chỉnh kế hoạch hoặc đưa ra hành động cải tiến kịp thời nhằm đảm bảo đạt mục tiêu của công ty giao cho Khối/ Collect data (complete, accurate, timely) and evaluate performance results compared to set goals, to adjust plans or take timely improvement actions to ensure achievement of company goals company assigned to the Block.
- Báo cáo kết quả thực hiện các hoạt động liên quan đến quá trình bảo trì sản xuất thuộc phạm vi phụ trách theo định kỳ (Báo cáo tháng, hàng quí) theo quy định của Công ty và đột xuất theo yêu cầu của cấp trên trực tiếp/ Report the results of implementation of activities related to the production process within the scope of responsibility periodically (Monthly, quarterly reports) according to Company regulations and irregularly at the request of direct superiors.

- Ngân sách lao động: Lao động gián tiếp và trực tiếp của các Nhà máy.
- Ngân sách hoạt động: bảo trì bảo dưỡng, đại tu máy móc thiết bị, văn phòng phẩm, kiểm định, hiệu chuẩn các thiết bị đo, công cụ dụng cụ, đào tạo, bảo hộ lao động, vệ sinh nhà xưởng/ a. Labor budget: Indirect and direct labor of Factories.b. Operating budget: maintenance, overhaul of machinery and equipment, stationery, inspection and calibration of measuring equipment, tools, training, labor protection, factory cleaning.
- Thực hiện mục tiêu, kế hoạch bảo trì và kiểm soát quá trình bảo trì cho sản xuất các dòng sản phẩm đúng theo quy trình SOP của Công ty đảm bảo sản lượng, chất lượng sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn ban hành/ Implement goals, maintenance plans and control the maintenance process for production of product lines in accordance with the Company's SOP process to ensure output and product quality according to issued standards..

- Đề xuất / tham gia xây dựng các tài liệu hướng dẫn công việc cho phòng Kỹ Thuật và hướng dẫn bảo trì thiết bị nhà máy Hậu Giang để phù hợp với hệ thống thiết bị và quy trình hiện có.
- Tổ chức thiết lập hệ thống tài liệu bảo trì, sản xuất (quy trình, quy định, hướng dẫn công việc...) phù hợp với thiết bị hiện có và quy định hiện hành của công ty/Organize and establish maintenance and production documentation systems (processes, regulations, work instructions...) in accordance with existing equipment and current company regulations.
